Customer Check-In is a mobile app for iOS and Android devices and has been built for retail & leisure locations of all sizes, from independent shops to multi-entrance malls, and allows the real-time monitoring and control of their capacity & footfall.
Benefitting from the experience gained during the development of the hugely popular Supermarket Check-In, which has been downloaded by over 600,000 users since launch in mid-April, it provides enterprise level features without the associated price tag.
Customer Check-In's main features include:
• Real-time tracking of customers entering and leaving your location
• Extremely simple to use interface for customer count
• Supports multiple entrances, each updating a central capacity count in real-time
• Supports multiple users with different access levels so that only the people you allow can adjust settings, reset counts or view history
• Supports multiple stores with separate capacity & customer counts, together with overview of each
• When capacity is reached, independent queues for each entrance are stored and automatically reduced once people leave and customers are allowed in
• Ability to see a real-time overview showing overall location capacity, number of customers who have entered/left via each entrance along with length of any queue and how long people have been waiting
• Maximum capacity for each location/store can be set
• Ability to restrict entrance to a percentage of total capacity (e.g. 95%) and begin queueing when this is reached
• Ability to turn on and allow percentage over capacity as required
• Ability to manually or automatically reset the central & entrance counts
